Dont Buy The Supreme 90 Day Workout Until You Read This Review

For a long while, the only serious contender in the home Workout market was P90-X. Its a great system, but its $150 price point was steep by anybodies standards. Now, the release of Supreme 90 Day Workout, undercuts the price of its nearest competitor by a massive $130. Offering a total of ten Workout DVD’s for just $19.99. But is it actually any good?
As the marketing machine kicks into high gear, and its ensuing popularity has grown to be a talking point in the world of physical fitness, you may have already read or heard about the Supreme 90-day workout and are wondering just how effective it is, and are looking for an independent opinion. Well, I have just completed the entire system and in this Review I am going to explain to you what you get, who its good for, the type of results you can expect and ultimately try and help you decide whether or not this is the right workout for you.

What Makes Supreme 90 Different? According to the companies website, the rationale behind Supreme 90 is that ordinary workouts lose their effectiveness quickly as muscles become used to the same old routines. Supreme 90 Day supposedly challenges this by using ‘muscle confusion’ to keep your body from adapting and speeding up fat loss and muscle gain. Apparantly, each routine is designed to literally ‘shock’ the muscles into new levels of development, so you remain challenged, and strength is said to increase exponentially. The company behind Supreme 90 must be confident in their system because they are actually offering a no questions asked 30 day refund for anyone whos isnt satisfied for any reason.

My Experience: Everybodies results will differ, but by following the entire workouts (and, I must add, eating healthily) I managed to go from 20% to 14% bodyfat which I am well pleased with. If you dont know that much about bodyfat, then this might not seem like a lot to you, but actually, the more lean you are to start with, the harder it is to lose it. So in actual terms, because this system focuses on total calorific expenditure, the more overweight you are, the better your individual results should actually be.

About The Workouts: Catered specifically for people looking to tone up and shed excess Bodyfat, the first thing that I noticed with this System is the way the workouts are designed so that you do not get discouraged early on in the process. Each workout is presented by the motivational Tom Holland, a Man whose Abs you could use to grate Cheese with. They really are that ripped! You will also find that the Exercises are interesting, not the average run of the mill ‘crunches’ etc and all highly targeted to the muscle or bodypart they are focussing on.

What You Actually Get: When you order the system, you will receive a Workout Plan, a Progress Chart, 10 Workout DVDs, and Online Support. To get the best possible results from these workouts, you wont require an expensive Gym membership but you will need Dumbbells, a Swiss Ball, and an Exercise Mat.

Negative SetWho Is It Best For?: So even the most overweight and cardiovasularly ‘challenged’ amongst us dont get put off, the workouts begin relatively easily, but do not expect to get through the entire 90 day system without a fight! Stick with it though, and you will be rewarded by  the results. The advanced workouts are tough! If you follow them exactly, you literally cant help losing fat and building muscle – that is of course, as long as you are following the included healthy eating plan and getting adequate rest between workouts.

Although the learning curve is gradual, by the later DVD’s you will be really testing yourself at any fitness level. Thankfully, there are short periods of rest between exercises that allow you to take a breather and keep yourself well-hydrated throughout the Workouts. These rest periods also help ensure that you do not tire out completely and that you are able to complete all the exercises. The variety of the workouts is also such that you will not easily get bored with the system.

What Type Of Workouts Does It Include? Each disk focuses on a different set of Exercises to target different mucle groups and build all round stamina. The workouts themselves include Cardio Training, Core Exercises, Stability Ball Exercises, Muscle Confusion Exercises, and even Plyometrics. This combination help ensure that your body is constantly doing something new and because your body will be fighting to continually adapt, that you keep losing weight and building muscle quickly.

The Pros: All of the workouts are well designed and innovative without being overly complex. Exercises are shown and explained very clearly and many will agree that this makes the system very accessible.

Suitable For All Fitness Levels: Whether you are a hardcore Gym freak or an overweight Mum trying to shed some pounds quickly, then you will definitely find a workout that fits the bill here.

Home Based Full Body Workout System: Among the major advantages of the system is that you can obviously easily perform it at home and it does not require you to buy lots of equipment.

Avoid Costly Gym Fees: Furthermore, the workout videos allow you to take control of your overall health and fitness without having to regularly go to the gym and pay exorbitant membership fees. The system is therefore a good way of saving a significant amount of money even as you work your way towards becoming healthier and more physically fit. At $20 for 11 feature length workouts, it certainly represents excellent value for money.

The Cons: The nutritional guide included in the system does offer some good meal plan suggestions as well as a few recipes. However, more explanations would have been welcomed in order for more people to learn how to prepare the right kinds of meal for their specific body type and to address their calorific needs. Still, its by no means bad, so its by no means a big complaint.

You Need Dumbbells And A Swiss Ball: Although the price of the system is very reasonable ($20 for a full body workout system cant be bad) you do still need to have Dumbbells and a Swiss Ball to really get the most out of the workouts. Those items wont break the Bank, but it would have been nice if they had given you a money off voucher or something alongside the purchase of the DVD’s.

Why It Gets A Big Thumbs Up: In sum, Supreme 90-day Workout is an excellent value all in one fitness package to include in your routine. At just $19.99 it is definitely a good investment for anyone who wishes to drop some excess pounds, add lean muscle mass and best of all, save $xxx hiring a Personal Trainer. Just make sure that you follow both the exercise and the nutrition guide when you use this or any other workout system to get the desired results. After all, no one can really successfully get in shape with diet or exercise alone. The two components always have to work together for you on your path to becoming healthier and more physically fit.
